I was first introduced to massage during my college days when I took a course re-balancing massage did.
It was only years later that the idea came up to do something with massage again. I now worked at a gym, learned more about muscles and was regularly asked whether we also offer massages.
My first training (wellness massage) was soon followed by many other courses and I still haven't finished learning.
I integrate different techniques in my massages. Every massage is different and full of attention for what is needed at that moment. A massage is a gift in the form of attention and relaxation for yourself. And maybe it is sometimes necessary.
