My name is Paul-Reza Sahadew Lall, born and raised on July 3, 1988 in The Hague. In the past I have worked for some time in the IT industry as a junior project engineer. Since the hours in the office at the PC are absolutely not my thing, I was looking for a profession that really suited me.
In 2013 I followed a fitness course at Aalo courses and my interest in the human body was immediately aroused. The courses anatomy and physiology were the reason to learn more about sports massage.
In 2014 I made a final decision by following the sports massage training at the LOI, which I successfully completed with a diploma from the NGS. After that I followed other courses, including balinese massage, relaxation massage and chair massage. During my sports massage training my passion for body improvement, fighting body complaints and tension etc. through massage became even greater.
Sports massage is not only a solution for athletes, but also for anyone with muscle complaints, muscle tension and headaches.
In the 2018/2019 season I was active as a sports carer at a football club. That was a nice educational experience for me to treat football players with various injuries and complaints. As a masseur, one of my strong points is treating body complaints and muscle knots.
I am someone who likes to give the body a massage correctly and with passion, so that body complaints, accumulated tension and stress disappear. We live in a performance society that everyone will have to deal with sooner or later. It is therefore important that you have a moment to pamper yourself with a massage.
With my massage techniques and expertise I can treat specific complaints with good results. You can also relax with me with a relaxation massage.
